Juanita Forte

Juanita N. Forte, age 82 passed away on August 10, 2012. She was a longtime resident of Tarrant, AL. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence D. Forte, Jr., her granddaughter, Cara Ailene Murphy, and her great grandson, Malakye Ibe. She is survived by her children: Diane Barfield (Cobby), Debbie Murphy, Dennis Forte (Vickie), and Dale Patterson (Steve); several brothers and sisters; grandchildren: Cameron Barfield, Carrie Cochran, Kathleen Lowe, Colleen Ibe, Larry Forte, Jeff Forte, Chris Patterson, and Caitlin Patterson and numerous great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Garden East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
