Joy C. Franklin of Tarrant, Al, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023, at the age of 67. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Ken, 2 sons, Wayne, and Taylor Franklin both of Birmingham, 4 grandchildren, Michael, Rebecca, Braiden, and Josh, brother James (Terri) Grimsley of Pell City, sister Marie Corbridge of Fair Hope, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
