Joseph Wingo

Joseph Allen Wingo, age 22 of Ball Play, AL passed away on February 7, 2018. He was a loving son, grandson and great grandson. He was formerly of Blountsville, AL. He was a volunteer fire fighter for Ball Play. He loved to fish and was a military enthusiast. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Willie Payton. He is survived by his son, Isaiah Lee Wingo; parents, Woodrow J. Wingo, III (Karen) and Annette Lee (Chris); sisters, Kasie Smith, Brandi Tureson and Heather Atkinson; brothers, Carl Smith and Nicholas Atkinson; grandparents, Clara Payton, Woodrow J. Wingo, Jr. and Ann Marie Wingo and Elner Melvin; mother of Isaiah, Jenny Tanner and numerous other family members. Services will be on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 2 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
