Joseph Shane Watts, 39 of Birmingham passed away on September 17, 2011. Joseph was employed with AIDB and was a Secretary for ACB. He was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother, Margaret Harris; father, Jerry Watts and step mother, Martha Watts; brother, Shannon Watts; grandmother, Louise Ward; uncle Ray and aunt Jenni Anderson; uncle, Joe Gann; cousins, Jennifer, Joey, Madison, Hayden, Jesse, Erica and Raleigh; Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 21 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel services will be held on Thursday, September 22 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. David Coppinger officiating and burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
