Joseph Blair

Joseph Willard Blair, Jr. "Joey", age 55, of Birmingham, AL passed away on January 13, 2011. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion post # 134 Homewood. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Willard Blair, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Mary Florence Payne (Carrol); sister, Cindy Speigle both of Birmingham, AL; niece, Shelley Nowicki (Todd) of Covington, LA; nephew, Rusty Speigle (Sunni) of Birmingham; great- nephews, Bryant, Davis, and Preston Nowicki of Covington, LA, Connor and Cameron Speigle of Birmingham, AL; step-sisters, Pam Payne of Birmingham, AL and Debbie Adams (Bob) of California; several step nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 2:00PM at Jefferson Memorial Chapel with visitation one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Dr. Jimmy Wilson will be officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Jefferson, Blount, and St. Clair Mental Health 205-949-2969. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
