Jose Roman-Lopez

Jose Yovani Roman-Lopez, age 40, passed away on April 3, 2025. Jose attended St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Leeds. He was also the owner of Roman Cleaning and Co-owner of Roman Brother's with his brothers Emilio Roman-Lopez and Honorato Roman-Lopez, Jose was also the manager of El Cazador. Mr. Roman-Lopez was preceded in death by his parents Emiliano Roman and Amalia Lopez; grandfather, Honorato Roman-Lopez.

Jose is survived by his wife Ivone Hernandez; four children, Citlaly Roman, Geovanny Roman, Emiliano Roman, Isabella Roman; two step-children, Hugo (Heidi Hernandez) Hernandez and Ivone Hernandez; six siblings, Jesus Roman, Rocio (Miguel Bentacourt) Roman, Wendy Roman, Guadalupe Roman, Emili Roman-Lopez, Honorato (Alma Solis) Roman-Lopez; grandfather Emilio (Librada Sedano) Lopez; grandmother, Rosa Taboada; step-mother, Natividad Betancourt; uncles, Noe Roman Homero Roman, Carlos Lopez, Johny Lopez, Emilio Lopez; aunts, Rosario Roman, Antonia Roman, Ana Maria Roman, Ana Lopez, Beatriz Lopez, Rosa Lopez, Dolores Roman.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 7, 2025, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. There will also be a visitation on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 9:00 am until 10:00 am at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. There will be a funeral mass at 10:00 am at the church. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville.
