Johnnie Sue Phillips, aged 87, passed away on July 25, 2018. She was a lifelong member of First UMC of Centerpoint . She is preceded in death by both her husbands Billy Joe Carter and Charles L. Phillips. She is survived by her daughter, Regina Wilson (Randy); son, John Carter (Lucretia); sister, Mary George Dodd; 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 9:30am -10am on Friday July 27, 2018 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral home in Trussville, Al with service at 10am. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
