John Austin Cook IV, 42, of Birmingham, a loving son and brother, passed away suddenly on June 26, 2016 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He loved writing and performing music, was very artistic, and loved his cats. A memorial service will be held at a later date. John is survived by his mother Robbie Lowe, father John Austin Cook III (Ivey), sisters Betsy Elms (Thomas), Kacey Phillips, love of his life Dennie Hausen, nephews Micah and Dane, numerous other loving family members and friends.
