Joan B. Hipp age 68 of Birmingham, AL, passed away on November 12, 2008. She was a loving wife and mother. She is preceded in death by her son, Jesse J. Hipp. She is survived by her husband, Ralph J. Hipp; daughters, Camilla J. Matthews "Kim" (Robert), Cheryl J. Jacobs "Joy" (Jerry) and Connie J. Higgins; sister, Linda Dawson of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Carlo and Daniele Flaccavento, Daniel Hipp, Derick and Phillip Pylant, Joshua Jacobs, Rachel and Alex Bishop ; 3 great grandchildren. Services will be Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
