After Fred’s death she moved to Ashville and loved sitting on her porch visiting with family and friends. A special thanks to her son-in-law, Jackey McGuire who passed earlier this year for checking on her constantly and keeping her company. She always said she was so grateful that he was there. It made her feel safer. The visitation for friends and family will be held on Wednesday, November 30th from 11:00 a.m. until 12 noon at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville. The chapel service will follow the visitation and begin at 12:00 p.m. The committal service will take place at Jefferson Memorial’s adjoining gardens.
