Jimmy Howell

Jimmy Z. Howell, 80, of Moody, AL passed away on July 3, 2016 at his home. Jimmy was born in Hamilton, AL to Clefus and Estelle Howell. He graduated from Phillips High School. He worked for many years as a real estate appraiser. He was a member of Roebuck Parkway Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Howell; his sister, Carolyn Blount; and his grandson, Joshua McNabb. Jimmy is survived by his wife, Wanda Howell; son, Alan Howell (Cherri), daughter, Vicki Thompson (Ray), son, Steve Howell (Gina), step-son, Jody Gray (Sandra); grandchildren, Mandy Zann, Justin Thompson, Jared Thompson, Cody Howell, Connor Howell, Olivia Thompson, Tyler Gray, Heather Gray Hallman, Brianna Gray Oliveira; and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville at 12 noon, with John Gallagher officiating. A visitation will be held from 10am until the funeral hour.
