Jewel Powell

Jewel H. Powell, age 84, of Panama City Beach, passed away July 19, 2012. She was beloved by everyone. She was preceded in death by her husband John David Powell, parents Dallas and Nora Higginbotham, brothers and sisters John "Buck" Higginbotham, J.D. Higginbotham, Louise Henderson, Norma Pettit, and Margaret Archer. Chapel services will be held on Saturday, July 21, at 10am with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. She is survived by her daughter Carol Eisenhart, sister Dorothy Archer, granddaughter Cori Eisenhart, great grandson Bryant, and a host of nieces and nephews. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
