Annie Jean Perryman Ford, age 91 of Ft. Lauderdale, FL formerly of Cahaba Heights passed away on December 30, 2015. She is survived by her niece, Roberta Marlin (Richard) of Mount Olive, AL; nephew, John Franklin (Linda) of Watson, AL; great nieces, Tracy Dyer (Jerry), Tammy Williams (Jeff), Whitney Williams and Chrissy Howard; great nephews, John Wayne Franklin, Alex Marlin and Dylan Hamblin all of Gardendale, AL. Visitation will be on Monday, January 4, 2016 from 10 to 11 AM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel services will follow at 11 AM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev. John Curtain will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
