James E. Skipper, age 69, of Birmingham, passed away January 3, 2012. He was a native of Birmingham and served in the US Marine Corps Reserves for 11 years. Graveside services will be on Saturday Jan 7, at 11am with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. He is survived by his wife Patsy Skipper, daughters Donna (Rick) Walters, Della (Jim) Caudle, sons Jason (Crystal), Tony (Susan), and Jimmy Skipper, 2 sisters Betty Vianna, Renee Cammerere, 10 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
