James Livingston

James (Jim) Livingston, 79, beloved Husband, Father, Son, and Brother, was called to his eternal resting place on September 27, 2025. He entered this world on January 31, 1946 in Meridian, MS, born to Melvin and Phyllis Livingston. He is survived by his beloved wife Margaret Livingston, daughter Andi Johnston (Alan), daughter Kim Patterson (Danny), sister Susan Kavan (Marvin), and brother Mack Livingston (JoCarol). He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister June Gressett (Jimmy). Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until service time at 11:00 A.M. on October 1, 2025 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens located at 1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235.

Burial will follow at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church located at 3627 State Lake Road, Lineville, AL.
Jim loved fishing, cheering on Auburn in football, working in the yard, and socializing with friends and neighbors. He never met a stranger. He is loved and will be greatly missed by all.
