James W. "Jimmy" Jackson, age 72, of Birmingham, passed away April 5, 2017. Jimmy was retired from the Birmingham Water Works. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 8 at 2pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Brother Dewey Corder officiating. Visitation will be from Noon until 2pm Saturday. He is survived by his wife Judy Jackson, children Cindy Freeman (Charles), Frank Jackson (Sunny), sisters Kay Banker, Mary Anne Muniz, brother in law Bobby Johns (Karen), grandchildren Christy Wester (Blake), Bailey Jackson, Jackson Freeman and Harry Freeman, great grandchild Mackenzie Wester. Memorials may be made to your favorite charity. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
