James Albert Hale III, age 69, of Birmingham, passed away February 16, 2009. He was retired with 32 years of service as an electrical inspector with Jefferson County. He was a member of Valleydale Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and a member of East Lake Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Hale and father, James A. Hale, Jr. Services will be Thursday Feb 19 at 2pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens Trussville. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 7:00 pm Wednesday. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years Vickie, beloved daughters, Crystal Lane Hale and Amanda Leigh Hale, sister Melinda Hurd (Donald). Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing
