James Brandon Bradley, 65, of Trussville, Alabama, was led home to be with God on Saturday night April 11th, 2026. He was born in Greensboro, N.C. on October 24, 1960 to the late C.W. and Roberta Bradley of Memphis, Tennessee. Most often called Jim or Jimmy Ted, by family and friends, he was a cherished husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, cousin, brother- in-law, and friend who will be deeply missed.
Jim is survived by his wife ,Annette, his son and daughter-in-law, Samuel and Aina Bradley, and their three children, Aimi, Emiri, and Jou of Sasebo, Japan, a daughter and son-in-law, Allison and Harvey Gutierrez and their two daughters, Lidia and Emilia of Newnan, Georgia. Jim is also survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Patti and Thom Ryan of Denver, Colorado and his niece and her family, Brooke and Paul Boatright and their children, Freeman, Farah and Coltrane of Springdale, Arkansas.
Jim was predeceased by his sister, Susan Bradley.
He graduated from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas and the University of Mississippi School of Law. Jim had an infectious personality with a wonderful sense of humor. On any given day, he had the ability to make people feel special, loved and included. He had a deep faith in God from his upbringing in Memphis, Tennessee in a home with parents dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus Christ. Jim had many hobbies and interests which included model trains, building Lego sets, and working in his tool shop. He was a voracious reader, enjoyed photography, was very expressive in his writings and an engaging storyteller throughout his life. Jim was passionate about the color “RED”. Everything was better in the color red!
