Ione Merritt

Ione Merritt, 87 of Roebuck passed away May 5, 2011. She was a member of Huffman Baptist Church. Mrs. Merritt was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Merritt. Survivors include her two sons, Randy Merritt (Gwen) and Gary Merritt (Patti); five grandchildren, Jodi Graham (Wayne), Paige Jordan (Bryan), Austin Merritt (Kristi), Lindsey Nichols (Chad) and Lacey Smith (Josh); great grandchildren, Kelsey Callahan, Ryley Graham, Ella and Brenley Jordan, Carson Merritt and Victoria McNeese; one great great grandson, Cruz McNeese. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 7 beginning at 2:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Graveside services at 3:00 PM in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
