Funeral Services for Mrs. Hilde G. Davis, age 88 of Pinson, will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Deacon Susan Southwich officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining gardens.

Hilde Davis, 88, of Pinson, Alabama, passed away peacefully in her home on December 17, 2025, after an extended illness. Born on September 26, 1937, in Frankfurt, Germany, Hilde grew up amidst the tumult of World War II, a remarkable experience that shaped her resilience and character. At the age of 19, she immigrated to the United States, sponsored by her sister Inge Niemic. Hilde learned to speak English independently and gaining her United States citizenship showcasing her determination to embrace her new life. Hilde ventured into the cosmetology field as a teenager in Germany, honing her skills over a remarkable 50-year career. Known for her green thumb, she delighted in caring for plants and flowers, filling her surroundings with beauty. A generous spirit with a big heart, Hilde was always straightforward with her thoughts, ensuring those around her knew where they stood. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert; her son Steve Tillery (Kerri), John Hall (Lee) Butch Hall, ( Debbie); her daughters Donna Dillinger and Liz Robinette; her sister Inge; and her brother Peter Keller(Rosie). Hilde had numerous Grand and Great Grandchildren Hilde was preceded in death by her parents, Heinz and Helene Keller, and her son Daryl Davis. Hilde will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness, strength, and passion for life will forever be remembered.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025 from 1:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home.
