Henry Ward

Henry Lanier Ward, 83 of Pinson passed away on August 12, 2010. Mr. Ward was a member of The 1st Baptist Church of Trussville as well as the Sam Booker Sunday School Class. He was predeceased by his first wife, Nettie Lou Ward; one son, David Lanier Ward; his parents and one brother. Survivors include his loving wife of 10 years, Aileen Ward; children, Kaye Redmon, Dr. John Ward (Susan), Tracy Ward (Kimberly) and Robin Huff (Bill); step children, Kitty Whitehurst (Paul), Judy Kircus (Danny), Randy Borland (Cathy) and Martin Borland; brothers, Richard Ward and Roy Ward; 19 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 16 at 11:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Chapel services beginning at 12:00 PM with Rev. Bobby Irwin officiating and burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
