Helen Henderson, a beloved mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on October 28,2025, at the remarkable age of 104. Born in Shelby, Alabama, Helen lived a long and beautiful life, centered on faith,family,and love. Helen was married to the love of her life, James "Jesse" Howard Henderson for 64 wonderful years until his passing. Together they built a strong and loving family,and her greatest joy was being surrounded by them.

She is survived by her daughter Lynda Ganus,her sons Terry Henderson and David Henderson,as well as 7 grand children,11 great grandchildren,and 3 great great- grandchildren- a legacy of five generations. She was the heart of our family:kind,thoughtful,and full of love. She never forgot a single birthday and made each person truly special.

A devoted member of East Lake Methodist Church, Helen lived her faith quietly but deeply. Thought she was shy by nature,she was a loyal and faithful friend to all who knew her. Helen's kindness and unwavering love will always inspire us. What a life,what a blessing. Her legacy of five generations will carry her light forward.

We rejoice in knowing she is at peace in God's arms. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her love,kindness, and gentle spirit will live on in the many lives she touched.
