Harry Barnett

Harry H. Barnett, age 81, of Tarrant, AL, passed away on March 29, 2012. Harry was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a member of Tarrant First Baptist Church. Harry was a purchasing agent for Jefferson Plumbing and Mill Supply, Nolan Company as well as for V&W Company. Survivors include his loving wife of 61 years, Esther Barnett; daughters, Mary Mayes (John) and Betty Carrigan (Terry); grandchildren, Stacey Slay (Terry), Michael Mayes (Gina), and Maria Ann Mayes; great-grandchildren, Brady Mayes, Shelby Mayes, Joshua Slay and Zachary Slay; a host of friends and one brother survive. Visitation will be Saturday, March 31 from 11AM - 12PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with the funeral beginning at 12:00PM. Burial will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Brother Marcel Burchfield will officiate the service. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
