Gwynn Brewer

A graveside service for Gwynn Brewer, age 94, of Birmingham, will be held Monday, May 18th at 2:00 PM, at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Trussville, in the Old Rugged Cross gardens, with Dr. Mark Gainey officiating. 

Gwynn passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026, at her home, after a brief illness. Gwynn was employed with John/Fuji Photo for more than 30 years. After her retirement, she enjoyed her weekly canasta card games with her friends at the Shepherd Center. She will be missed by her family and friends. 

She is survived by her grandson, Taylor Lee Brewer; and her nephew, Joe Robbins (Peggy), and other family. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Max R. Brewer; son, Michael Taylor Brewer; her parents, Clyde T. and Daisy Palmer; and siblings, Bob Palmer, Betty Payne, and Sandy Robbins.
