George Bolen

George E. Bolen, Jr., age 66, of Pelham, AL passed away on January 14, 2017. He was a former resident of Pinson, AL and graduate of Phillips High School. He was employed by Associated Grocers of the South for over 20 years as a Quality control supervisor. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Debbie Bolen; son, George E. Bolen III (Elizabeth); sisters, Joyce Pliner (Robert) and Joanne Kilburg (Richard); grandchildren, Anna, Thomas, Isabell, Eva and Lillian Bolen; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18th at Jefferson Memorial Chapel with visitation held one hour prior. Burial will immediately follow the service at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Reverend Mike Brinkman is officiating.
