Gene S. Mauldin, age 71 of Pinson, AL, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013. He was a wonderful man who helped anyone in need, and he loved everyone. Survivors include his son, David Mauldin (Pam); daughter, Denise Hausen; grandchildren, Michael Mauldin, Lindsey Shippers; great grandchildren, Bentlee Shippers, Hailey Shippers; brother, Ken Mauldin; nephew, Benjie Mauldin; and several other nieces and nephews. The graveside service will begin Tuesday, 2:00 PM at Marvin's Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Tom Medders officiating. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
