Gene Faucett, 73, passed away on August 16, 2023, in Birmingham, AL.

Gene is survived by Ruby Durie - sister, Kathy Henderson-niece, John Durie - nephew.

Gene is preceded in death by John Faucett - father, Ora Faucett - mother, Gladys Brady - sister, William "Bill" Durie- brother in law, William "Bud" Durie Jr. - nephew,

Gene graduated Birmingham Southern College B.S. Phi Beta Kappa in 1972; Graduated MBA William Carey College, 1984; and was a practicing CPA. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

A small graveside service for Gene Faucett will be held on Monday, at 10:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.

At his request, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to your local animal shelter.
