SMITH, FRED WAYNE, age 59, Trafford, AL passed away on May 30, 2010. He was a member of Pioneer Baptist Church. His survivors include his wife, Shirley Smith; daughter, Phyllis Williams; sons, Jeffery Smith (Christina), Luther Allen Smith, Clifford Blackmon (Veronica), Anthony Blackmon (Michele); sister, Bonnie Smith; brother, Mike Smith; 10 Grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 12:00PM at Jefferson Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time on Tuesday. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
