Frances Rockwell

Frances M. Rockwell, age 83, of Birmingham, passed away February 18, 2018. Frances was a graduate of Minor High School, was a loving Mother, Wife, Sister and Friend. She is preceded in death by her husband John Rockwell, Sr., parents Frank and Gladys Locke, and 3 children who died during childbirth. Chapel services will be on Wednesday, Feb 21, at Noon with visitation from 11am until service time. She is survived by her daughters Lori Steadman (Vince), Jane Jones (Tommy), son Lane Rockwell, grandchildren Russell Steadman, Brittney Jones, Cory Jones, sisters Wanda Johnson, Sue Reach, Glenda Franklin, Sandra Davis, numerous nieces and nephews.
