Eugene Smith

Eugene Thomas Smith, age 72, of Remlap, AL passed away on November 25, 2009. He retired as a Yardmaster from Norfolk Southern Railroad and served 4 years with the U.S. Navy. He is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Smith; 4 brothers; and 1 sister. Survivors include sons, Eugene Thomas Smith, Jr. (Linda), Michael Zane (Tammy), Scott DeWayne (Nancy), and Mark Lynn (Ruby); 7 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, November 27,2009 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be held on Saturday, November 28,2009 at 10:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Chapel burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
