Ethelyn Carroll Ellzey, age 94, of Birmingham, passed away on September 26, 2015. She was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Jean and Donna; 3 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. A graveside service was held on September 29, 2015 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
