Emma Lou "Jackie" Hand, age 82 of Prattville, AL passed away on January 22, 2016. She was a member of East Memorial Baptist Church of Prattville, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband John E. Hand; and daughter, Susan Brown. She is survived by her sons, Don Hand and John Hand, Jr.; grandchildren, Tracy Hand, Brain Hand, and Shane Brown; great grandchildren, Emory, Julian, and John Colton Hand, Annabelle Susan and Bishop Allen Brown. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 from 5-7PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 12:00PM at Jefferson Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
