Eloise Hosch

Eloise Holloway Pomeroy, age 88 of Gardendale, AL passed away on April 13, 2016. Eloise was a native of Homewood, AL. She was a member of Shades Crest Baptist Church in Bluff Park. She retired as a sales Representative from Montag Paper Co. in Atlanta, GA. Eloise is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Pomeroy; parents Sherman and Mattie Lou Holloway and four brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, Herbert "Mackey" McBride (Jeanne); five brothers and sisters; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The funeral service for Eloise will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 16th at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville. Visitation will be held one hour prior. A committal service will immediately follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Dr. Jerry Curry is officiating. The family requests that in lieu of flowers please make donations to a local charity of your choice.
