Edward Sarno

Edward R. Sarno "Babe, Dad, and PawPaw", age 80 of Chalkville passed away on December 17, 2016. He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and he retired from Bell-South. He is survived by his wife, Mary F. Sarno; daughters, Karen Sarno Webb (Ledell), Melanie Sarno Wiggins (Mark) and Susan Sarno Wester (Donnie); sister, Joan Elliott; brother, Jack Sarno (Rena); grandchildren, Corey (Kelly), Meghan (Gil), Suzanne (Mark), Brandon (Tiffany), Michael , Jordan and Mara; 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 17, 2016 from 12 to 2 PM at Hopewell Baptist Church in Pinson, AL. Services will follow at 2 PM at the church. Burial will be in the church's adjacent cemetery. Brother Bill Evans will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
