Eddie Walker

Clyde Walker, age 88, of Birmingham, AL passed away on April 17, 2017. He was the founder and former owner of Clyde Walker Flooring. He enjoyed his job and showed great pride in his work. In his spare time he enjoyed spending time with family and fishing. Mr. Walker was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Jeanette Walker; his ten sibling, Rowena Jackson, Lucile Rotolo, Mary Frances Coffey, Lois Cornelius, Raymond Walker, William Clarence Walker, Jimmy Walker, Ernest Walker, Wayne Walker and Bobby Walker. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Sybil Walker; children, Linda Finley, Brenda Iddins (Chris) and Eddie Walker (Melisa); numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville on Wednesday, April 19th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The funeral will be held on Thursday, April 20th at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow the chapel service.
