Drucilla Gibson Beasley

Drucilla Gibson Beasley, age 85, of Trussville, passed away peacefully on February 5,2026 at her home surrounded by her family. She was a graduate of Woodlawn High School. She loved God and faithfully served in many capacities at Ridgecrest Baptist Church. Deerfoot Baptist Church and most recently at Central Baptist Church. She had careers at Birmingham Trust National Bank, South Central Bell, and Regions Bank. She also has a successful real estate career over many years. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She loved people and was a friend to everyone. She was always willing to help any one she could. She was the best wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by many.

She was preceded in death by her parents Juanita and Alton Gibson, Sr; two brothers, Alton Gibson, Jr. and Michael Gibson; four great-grandchildren, Carson Michael Anderson, Cayleigh Elise Anderson, Grayson Jack Anderson, Jack Randall Simmons.

Mrs. Beasley is survived by her husband Darold Beasley; three children, Jamelle (Phillip) Simmons, Cherise (Todd) Paden, Jim Beasley; five grandchildren, Morgan (Houston) Anderson, Grant (Morgan) Simmons, Caroline Paden, Mary Kate Beasley, Jack Beasley; two great-grandchildren, Colton Anderson and Graham Anderson.
