Jackson
Dec 11, 1945 — Oct 31, 2026
Dianne Jackson, age 80, of Center Point, Alabama, passed away on October 31, 2026. Born on December 12, 1945, in Hall Summit, Louisiana, Dianne was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, Nana, and friend who dedicated her life to bringing warmth, creativity, and joy to everyone around her.
Above all, Dianne loved her Lord and Savior. She found immense joy in sharing her deep Christian faith and her profound love for Jesus with everyone she met. Her life was a living testament to her beliefs, and she naturally encouraged others with her favorite scriptures and gentle spirit.
As a devoted wife and mother, Dianne was the true heart of her family. She was also an avid crafter who poured her love into every stitch, leaving behind beautiful crocheted and craft pieces that her family will cherish forever. Some of her happiest moments were spent gathered around the table for holiday game nights, where her competitive spirit, laughter, and love for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren took center stage during the festive seasons. She created a vibrant home filled with warmth, playfulness, faith, and traditions that will live on through generations.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Jackson; her daughter, Kathy Kirchman and husband, Doyle. Her son Dakota Whisenant and wife Tae: Her cherished grandchildren, Christopher Marona and wife Bryttany and Zachary Marona; Her precious great-grandchildren, Kinley Marona, Aubree Miller, and Mia Marona; nieces and nephews, as well as many close friends who will miss her deeply.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters; her brothers; her beloved son, Ronnie Norris Jr.; her cherished granddaughter, Heather Marona; and her beloved great-granddaughter, Brea Marona.
In accordance with Dianne's wishes, no formal services will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dianne’s memory to a charity or Christian ministry of your choosing to honor her love for Jesus.
