Donald Garrett

Donald F. Garrett, age 77, of Irondale, AL passed on away October 12, 2012. He was a member of Pineview Baptist Church. He was a Past Grand Master with the Masonic Lodge #506 and the Eastern Star #191. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved to go fishing and loved his grandkids. He is survived by his wife, Alice Earline Garrett; son, Donell F. Garrett (Karen); sister, Martha Louise Norman; brothers, Richard Monroe Garrett and Homer Lee Garrett; grandchildren, Brittney Garrett Hallmark (Chad), Melanie Garrett Nava (Francisco), and Stephanie Nicole Garrett; great grandchildren, Maddie Garrett, Sebastian Nava, Jacob Hallmark, and Vincente Mylo Nava; many nieces and nephews; four sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 14, 2012 from 5 to 7:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services with Masonic Rites will be on Monday at 1:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
