Diann Shirley Capps

Diann Shirley Capps, age 79, passed away on December 12, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents John Russell Shirley, Sr. and Carolyn Self Shirley and a brother Wayne Russell Shirley.

Diann is survived by her husband Cliff Capps; three children, Christopher (Donna) Capps, Craig (Tonya Roden) Capps, Stacey (John) Tucker; seven grandchildren, Jordan (Dustin) McFarland, Jason (Krista) Rohm, Austin (Amber) Tucker, Jared (Angel) Rohm, Zach (Christina) Tucker, Jackson (Charlotte) Capps, Meaghan Tucker; five great-grandchildren, Maggie Tucker, Juniper Rohm, John William Tucker, Rose Rohm, Callan Capps; and several nieces and other loving family members.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 9:00 am until 10:00 am at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. There will be a Chapel service at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
