Diane Wilder

Diane Marie Wilder, age 80, of Clay, Alabama, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2025. Born on October 14, 1945, Diane lived a life marked by grace, devotion, and unwavering love for God, her family and community. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend whose warmth and kindness touched everyone she met.

Diane is survived by her beloved husband, William Wilder III (Billy), with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership. Together, they raised four children who carry forward her legacy: Bill Wilder (Kristy) and their children Bailey, Brady, Brennen, Riley, and Reagan Wilder; Craig Wilder and his children Dylan Spivey and Crimson Wilder; Tim Wilder (Sherry) and their children Zachary, Chelsey, Chase, Chad Wilder, Heidi Alexander and Ken Walker; and Wendy Wilder and her children Seth and Conner Bowman, Autumn and Colin Bowden.

She was the proud grandmother to seventeen and the joyful great-grandmother to twelve, each of whom brought her immense happiness and pride. Diane is also survived by her loving siblings Lynda Brizzi, Nancy West, and Patrick Renda, who will forever treasure her memory.

Her life will be honored at a funeral service on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens, 1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM, followed by a service at 12:00 PM.

Her spirit lives on in the hearts of those she loved. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered until we meet again in Heaven
