David Nelms

David E. Nelms, 54 of Trussville passed away on Friday, September 26, 2008. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Trussville and worked as a field service manager with AT&T. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul W. Nelms and Gwendolyn Nelms and his son-in-law, Brandon Reid. Survivors include his daughter, Diana Nelms Reid of Odenville; his son, Daniel Nelms of Trussville; his sisters, Paula Nelms Brown (Tom) of Clay, Kathy Nelms Mardis (John) of Hoover and Randy Nelms of Pelham; two grandchildren, Wyatt and Peyton Reid and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church in Trussville with funeral services beginning at 11AM with Rev. Buddy Champion officiating. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
