Cynthia Elaine Kendrick (“Cindy”), born January 22, 1970, passed away unexpectedly on March 31, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved her deeply and a legacy that will never be forgotten.
Cindy was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and a proud Mimi. She loved fiercely and lived with a heart that, even through life’s challenges, always made room for others. To know her was to know resilience, warmth, and a love that endured through every season.
She is now at peace, reunited with those who went before her—her beloved mother, Lou Tidwell; her father, Ronnie Vaughn; her infant sons, Justin and Joseph; and her grandchild, Baby Huffman. While her family grieves the unimaginable loss of her presence here on earth, they find comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain and is surrounded by love.
Cindy’s greatest role in life was being a mother and devoted Mimi. She shared a deep and unbreakable bond with her children, Gage Kendrick (Haley), Hayle Huffman (Jared), and Cody Kendrick (Cassidy)—a bond built on love, strength, and unwavering devotion. She guided them with care, protected them fiercely, and loved them beyond measure.
She a very proud Mimi to five grandchildren: Elaine and Raelyn Huffman; Kennedy and Kinleigh Kendrick; and Dean Kendrick, all of whom brought her endless joy and were the light of her life.
Cindy leaves behind her loving husband, Michael Kendrick, along with her children, grandchildren, and many other family members and loved ones who will carry her memory in their hearts. Her absence leaves a space that can never be filled, but her love will continue to guide those who knew and loved her.
The family asks for prayers during this incredibly difficult time as they navigate the days ahead without her.
