Claudine Parker Dempsey

Claudine Parker Dempsey, 86, passed away on April 23, 2026. She is preceded in death by her Mother, Mable Ruth Parker, her Father, Claude Parker, her brothers, Robert Riley, Sr. and Tommy Parker, her son, William Shepherd, Jr. and along with a host of family. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Shepherd, Karen Cole and Cynthia James; nephews, Alan Parker, Robert Riley, Jr. and his wife, Denise Foster Parker; nieces Qwen Parker, Lisa McQuire; grandchildren, Jeremy James, Zachrey James and his wife, Meagan James, Andrew James, Matthew James, Jayden James, Jasmine James, Mitchell Howton, Destiny Howton Acosta and her husband, Joey Acosta, Danielle and Sophia Kibe; great grandchildren, Serenity James, Jericho on the way in July, Blake James, Elijah James, Hadleigh James, Aiden Cato and Taylor Patterson and a host of family and friends.

She was a longtime resident of Alabama and spent a short time in Mississippi. She attended Faith Fellowship Church in Clay, Alabama. She was a Sunday School Teacher. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Sister. She was a nurse assistant. She loved to serve others and bring others to salvation through Christ, our Lord. She loved Jesus and attending Church. She loved her family and friends. She said, Smile and be happy and be happy for her because she was going home to be with the Lord.

Forgiven by grace. What a day it will be when we shall all be together in Heaven.
