Clarence "C.B." Haynes

Clarence (C.B.) Haynes went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 16, 2025. C.B. was born in 1925, in Gaffney, South Carolina. He married Doris Garrett in 1946 and they were married for 76 years.

C.B. earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Wofford College. He was a traveling salesman for many years with Insulfab Plastics, Inc. He joined the Navy in 1944 and served as a Gunner mate in World War 11.

C.B. was a man of great faith and attended Ridgecrest Baptist Church then First Baptist Church of Trussville. He enjoyed singing in the Senior Choir, going on church trips, playing pool at the Senior Center, and listening to music and books on tape.

Remaining to cherish C.B.’s memory are his daughter, Rose Watkins; his son Ronnie Haynes (Judy); five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
