Clara Adamson Bell

Clara Joy Adamson Bell went to Heaven peacefully on May 19, 2026 at age 95. She was born on November 2, 1930, grew up in Cleveland, Alabama and lived all her adult life in Birmingham. She was a long-time member of Lakewood Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Dianne Adamson Walters (Tom), her brother, Conrad Moorer (Delene), four grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased in death by her parents, Myrtle and Lonnie Moorer, her husband, Marvin H. Adamson, her son, Daniel Adamson and two sisters, Sara Gann and Patsy Clements. She was also predeceased by husbands, Milton Carter and Ronald Bell.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on May 22, 2026 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville.
