Chay Chambers

Chay Chambers, age 34 of Birmingham, AL passed away on April 6, 2013. He is survived by his parents, Kenny and Debbie Chambers; sister, Summer Chambers; Andrea Chambers and their sons, Cameron, Landon, and Tanner Chambers; niece and nephew, Isabella and Gabriel Chambers; aunts, Dean Day and April Hoops; grandmother, Joan Hoops. Services will be on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Dr. Richard Trader will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
