Charles Rowell

Charles E. "Chuck" Rowell, age 77 of Birmingham, passed away September 3, 2009. He was retired from Mortgage Corporation of the South and Jefferson Title. He was an avid golfer and a member of Cumberland Lake Country Club and Huffman United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Betty Lochridge Rowell; daughter, Vicki Rowell Weaver; son-in-law, Jim Weaver; grandchildren, Carter, Emily, and Austin Weaver all of Dallas, TX; brother Ray Rowell (Kate) of Pensacola, FL; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 from 11:00AM-12:00PM. Chapel funeral services will be held at 12 with burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. The family would like to give special thanks to brother-in-law, James Lockridge and Pat Hines for their help and loyalty.
