Charles Hayden

Charles "Mike" Hayden, age 73, of Birmingham, AL. Mike passed away at his sister's home on December 22, 2016. Mike graduate from Woodlawn High School in 1961. He was a Vietnam veteran who served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church and retired from Merrill Lynch Brokerage Inc. as a supervisor. Mike is survived by his siblings, Gwendolyn Hoover (Harry), Janice Tyler (Jack), Durick Hayden (Debbie) and Rickey Hayden (Cathy); numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral mass will be held at St. Barnabas at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 23rd; the family will receive friends one hour prior. Father George Maniangattu is officiating over the service. A comital service will immediately follow at Forest Crest Cemetery.
