Charles Bonner

Mr. Charles W. Bonner, age 90, of Northport, AL passed away on August 10, 2015. He was a retired engineer with Rust Engineering in Birmingham. He was a member of Taylorville Baptist Church of Tuscaloosa, a US Air Force veteran and an avid golfer. Mr. Bonner was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy W. Bonner; his parents, Morris and Grethal Bonner; and his brother, Bill Bonner. He is survived by his daughters, Ramona Sue Curtis, Charlene Smith (Jim), and Jeannie Brashier (Carl); five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and one on the way; one nephew, Curtis Bonner (Sherry); one great nephew. Mr. Bonner's graveside will be held on Thursday, August 13th at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville, AL at 1pm. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home.
