ARCHER, CHARLES P., age 75, of Pinson, AL passed away on July 30, 2009. He was a loving husband and devoted father. He is preceded in death by his mother, Annie Bell Glace. He is survived by his wife, Betty Skinner Archer; daughter, Cynthia Archer Connell (Rio); sons, Douglas Archer (Kim) and Richard Archer; sister, Joan Campbell (Fred); brothers, John Archer (Dorothy) and Gerald Archer (Melba); grandchildren, Cameron Connell, Christina Connell, Jordan Archer, John Tyler Archer. Services will be Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 2PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
